This website provides visitors access to hourly packages, during which I complete any of the services listed on this site or previously agreed upon. By accessing or using our service website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Key Commercial Terms
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method if you select a monthly payment plan.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
At Write Mind Media LLC & Power Agent® Concierge, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
Subscription Terms

Minimum Commitment: All monthly subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, starting from the date of subscription activation.
Refund Policy

Unused Hours: Refunds will only be issued for hours not used by the time of cancellation. If you have not used any hours for the month, you are eligible for a full refund of that month’s payment.

Pro-Rated Refunds: If you have used a portion of the hours, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused hours based on the hourly rate stipulated in your subscription plan.

No Refund for Completed Services: Services that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle.

Early Termination: If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the three-month minimum commitment period, you will be responsible for the payment of the remaining months.

Final Billing: Upon cancellation, you will receive a final bill that includes any outstanding charges for services rendered up to the cancellation date. This final bill must be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please include your account details and the reason for your refund or cancellation request. Refund will be made based on hours not used at the time of notification.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited back in a method discussed by both parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund and cancellation terms.

Fulfillment/Shipping
Services will be completed in the span of purchased hours or in an agreed upon time frame. Projects will be emailed to you in an agreed upon document form.
